We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking to strengthen our sales team with the creation of a Sales Assistant position.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will work in a sector where innovation and your involvement have a real impact on customer satisfaction and business development.
You will win over new customers (physiotherapists, healthcare executives, PRM doctors, etc.) and maintain the highest quality relationships with our existing customers.
You support the sales team and develop your own sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
Your main missions:
- Making appointments for sales reps to win new customers (by telephone, via social networks, etc.)
- Management of incoming requests (qualification of needs, preparation of commercial offers and closing)
- Management of specific actions developed in collaboration with the marketing team (invitations to workshops, follow-ups after conferences/trade shows, webinars, etc.).
- Preparing commercial offers and selling Virtualis solutions
- Participation in external events (conferences, trade fairs, workshops, etc.)
- Database update and CRM tool
- Sales administration support
Minimum Knowledge
With a sales background (DUT, BTS Sales) and a minimum of 3 to 5 years' successful experience, it's above all your customer relations skills and determination that will make the difference.
Required Skills
To thrive in this position, you must:
- Mastering telephone appointments and digital tools
- Be comfortable with distance selling using all telephone and digital tools (teams, google meet...)
- Proficiency in the Office pack and all digital tools
- Mastering the use of CRM
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer loyalty
- Be rigorous and organized to provide appropriate and precise responses
- Results and solutions-oriented to meet objectives
- Be dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive, pugnacious and autonomous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to listen and build relationships based on trust
- A level of professional English is required
