Today in full growth, we are looking for our future Consultant/Trainer M/F. He/she must be an ED Physiotherapist and have worked in an office or center.

Under the responsibility of the Clinical Training Manager, the role of the M/F Consultant/Trainer has the following main objectives:
- He/she presents the company's solutions in hospitals, SSR clinics, CRF and private practices (physiotherapists, ENT, osteopaths, etc.).
- he/she intervenes to ensure the correct handling and use of Virtualis solutions by carrying out training courses on customer sites, at Virtualis headquarters or remotely (digital).
- He/she will be part of the internal scientific committee (2 Kinés, 1 Ergo) to design and or improve Virtual Reality rehabilitation software. He/she will use his experience as a clinician at the service of the therapeutic effectiveness of our solutions by intervening on the development of applications, the content of clinical training, the monitoring of research work with partner teams, interventions at conferences, courses in IFMK etc...
- He/she integrates a team of Consultants-Trainers where the methods, tools and actions are coordinated and homogeneous.
- He/she contributes to developing Virtualis' sales and turnover by doing on-site demonstrations, individual and collective web demos (webinars)... and by establishing a relationship of trust with customers.
Its leitmotif is customer satisfaction.
Missions
Externally:
- Conduct presentations/demonstrations of Virtualis solutions to Customers or Prospects or Distributors
- Advise clients on the use of solutions, on possible care protocols, provide their clinical vision
- Participate in the definition and evolution of the training program for customers or distributors
- Realize or develop methods, tools and educational resources according to the training to be provided to customers or distributors
- Validate customer knowledge and implement corrective actions
- Make a pedagogical assessment of the training activity and communicate it to the Management
- Deliver hardware and software training at customer (or Distributor) sites, at Virtualis headquarters or as a remote “Live” demo
- Training Virtualis Trainers among Virtualis customers (certification training day session)
- Conduct Live Webinars to present Virtualis solutions
- Participate in national and even international exhibitions.
- Log all data into the Virtualis CRM, Sellsy, according to defined processes
- You support the Sales team with your skills as a Therapist and you intervene in the sales cycle to provide clinical proof
- Be able to establish a lasting relationship with your interlocutor
Internally:
- Define or develop the internal training program for employees (newcomers, skills development, etc.)
- Participate in the Virtualis Internal Scientific Committee composed of internal collaborators, health professionals to develop the offers, define new protocols while maintaining the therapeutic objective, the true DNA of Virtualis.
- Participate in the development of clinical manuals and protocols by providing business and field expertise
