I received a patient after a serious car accident who had been wearing a cervical collar for 3 years because she was afraid to turn her head. She was no longer mobile and had kinesiophobia +++. After 2 physiotherapists, she came to the practice which, thanks to Virtual Reality (Editor's note: according to Virtualis) and the immersive capacity, in one session she had already obtained more than 30° of rotation. The 3 key benefits of using VR are: "the capacity of immersion and thus of distraction, the playful side and its quantification (in degree/load on the platform)".
