Extract from an article by the HAS on 21/10/21 on the Re-education and rehabilitation of the motor function of the locomotor system of people diagnosed with cerebral palsy: "It is recommended that virtual reality therapy be offered as a complement to conventional functional re-education and rehabilitation to children and adolescents diagnosed with cerebral palsy with the aim of improving overall motor function such as walking, balance and the quality of movement of the upper limbs.
Virtual reality therapy can be offered as a complement to other rehabilitation interventions aimed at the same goals, taking into account the negative impact of prolonged exposure to screens in children and adolescents."
